Dr. Samir H. Dalwai Delivers Diamond Jubilee Oration at IMA Dharwad

Dr. Samir H. Dalwai had the privilege of delivering the Diamond Jubilee Oration of IMA Dharwad, held on 19th July 2026 at the Dr.Kumud-Madanmohan Tavargeri Hall.

It was an honour for him to be part of this milestone celebration alongside Dr.VirupakshDevaramane and the wider IMA Dharwad fraternity, engaging with a distinguished gathering of physicians from the region.

During the oration, Dr.Dalwai shared the work of over two decades at New Horizons Child Development Centre in supporting children with developmental and behavioural problems — work that continues to shape how families and clinicians approach early childhood development.

Extending Care Beyond Mumbai

He also spoke about the Centre’s online division, the E-nable Parent Coaching Program, which helps children and families outside Mumbai access support and become active partners in their child’s developmental journey — a philosophy that runs through everything New Horizons does.

Reflecting on the evening, Dr.Dalwai noted that it is always a privilege to be among peers who share this deep commitment to child health and well-being.
