Our FAQ section is designed to give you clear and reassuring answers to the most common queries we receive. Whether you’re curious about our programs, therapy sessions, or how we support your child’s unique journey, you’ll find helpful guidance here. And if you don’t see your question answered, our team is always just a call or message away—we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Your child has been assessed by the Developmental Pediatrician and has noted the concerns with the child’s developmental and behavioural aspects. The Developmental Pediatrician may prescribe the NHDP” to address the concerns observed and to enable the child’s step-by-step development.

NHDP focuses on the child’s progress in his/her normal development. The child will show gradual and well-defined progress in achieving milestones one after another. Every child has his/her own pace of progress and the Developmental Pediatrician will share the same every month with you.

New Horizons believes that parents play a very crucial role in the child’s progress, and you will be guided by the Developmental Pediatrician and the Clinical Head to work with the child at home.

Yes, if the Developmental Pediatrician has discussed with you and prescribed additional formal assessments and evaluations, the same will be scheduled separately. After completion of the evaluations you will be provided with the detailed Evaluation Report.

yes, you are suggested to maintain a diary to note down your daily observations and share them with the Developmental Pediatrician and the Clinical Head. You can ask the Developmental Pediatrician about your child’s progress-related queries in the monthly consultation. If any more meetings are specially indicated with the Developmental Pediatrician or the Clinical Head, the same may be included in the program without any additional cost.
